The only cloud on the whole entire transaction was the appraiser. She doesn't communicate very well. She flagged the appraisal for 2 very minor repairs. And tried to charge the buyer each time she came out. One was for what she called "flaking paint". I walked the whole entire house. The windows, soffits, and all the fascia were completely wrapped in vinyl. I couldn't find anything. She wouldn't return my attempt to contact for clarification.
