If I could give him 10 stars I would! He is the best doctor I’ve ever had! He takes his time with me and is so kind, compassionate, caring, all the things you want in a doctor HE IS! I wish all doctors could be like him. He is so knowledgeable and takes time to explain things and wants you to understand everything that is being talked about before leaving the room. He loves being a doctor and it shows. If anyone is looking for a new doctor I highly recommend him for yourself and your family.
I visited urgent care for a uti. I received quick response from the front office staff and shown into an exam room. A long wait for the doctor to come but he had a good bedside manner and after asking a few questions, prescribed me some medicine and sent me on my way.
I loved Dr. Franklin! Has the best bedside manner I have had in a long time. He takes his time. He is very knowledgeable. I went to two other doctors who could give me direction for my diabetes. Or my current illness. But Dr. Franklin knew exactly what to do and how to help me. I guess the third time is a charm. Thank you so much Dr. Franklin for guiding me through.
Doctor Franklin really looks after our family. He is professional and knowledgeable in his field, but he also genuinely cares, and has an excellent bedside manner which is a trait that seems to be highly undervalued in healthcare these days. When one of us comes in, he always asks about the rest of the family, and remembers everyone. Best doctor I’ve experienced so far , he’s so kind and knowledgeable but most importantly he is not in a hurry like the rest , he actually takes his time and makes you feel important. He genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to find the problem. I was one of the last patients there before closing and even then he did all the testing necessary , unlike dr Brett Arbon (beware) at the same location. i took a family member there and was treated horribly by doctor Arbon .
