We have stayed at this place because finding a new pediatrician that is accepting patients is hard. honestly I take my daughter to an urgent care and get better results from them. I began to get worried that my daughter might have something a little different going on as she was sick every two weeks. I called today just wanted to see if we should be looking into more options. Place is a Joke! We get a letter in February 2020 saying our Son needs a appointment, or dropping him from Practice. Because Covid hit we didn't call right away or close to then. I called today September for his Physical and they said he has been dropped from Practice. They also said they sent a Certified letter, in April, we asked if so, who sighed for it as my Wife has been home since March and we never got a certified letter! They couldn't answer that question! Be more kind to patients and don't bully patients into getting a vaccine.

WPC is proud to follow the AAP and NYS guidelines for immunizing children and adolescents. Vaccines do save lives and are safe and effective. WPC allows all patients to make their own decisions, and would never pressure any patient to receive a vaccine they did not want. However, if a patient chooses not to receive the mandated vaccines, we have no other choice but to ask that patient to find a new Pediatrician/Doctor as per our written policy and guidelines.
I am at a loss for words. My three children have been established patients for eighteen years. I called at 9am this morning and was told that they had no sick appointments available. My fourteen year old has asthma and the nurse told me I was describing just cold symptoms and it wasn't necessary to bring him in. He had pneumonia last month and a history of asthma.
