Lovell Jackson, Is a person that will do exactly what he says he will do. After speaking with Mr. Levell and explaining to him what I wanted to do with my home, he went to work. Lavell was exceptionally helpful when it came to finding and purchasing our first home. He was prompt answering questions and worked closely with us right up to signing. I don’t plan to buy a house again anytime soon, but I will definitely be calling Lavell with my next real estate needs.
I am an out of town investor and I have purchased and sold multiple properties through Lavell. He is always professional and takes care of things I am not able to get to as an out of town investor.
Our experience with Lavell couldn't have gone better. We're new to the area but Lavelle is very knowledgable so he was able to guide us along in our search. Also, we're moving in from out of town so doing a long distance search adds some challanges. But he did a great job of staying on top of houses as they came onto the market then researched them if it would be something we'd be interested in seeing in person. He was very willing to accommodate virtual showings because my family lives out of state. He also worked closely with my father who lives in town, which was great.
