My recent visit to the Optical Dept. of the Wilmington Eye location on 1729 New Hanover Medical Park Drive was outstanding. John was, as usual, very knowledgeable and forthcoming with answers to my questions. John has helped me a few times in the past years, always with the same disposition. Wilmington Eye at 1629 New Hanover Medical Park Dr., Wilmington, NC is so awesome. I saw Dr Kathleen Leone who did my cataract surgery in 2021 for a diagnosis of a problem with my vision. There was no wait time. From Christine, who listened to my problem, to Dr Leone, her entire staff is so awesome. Everyone at this location is so kind and caring. Once again, I had an issue that caused me to be very concerned.. I stopped by, only to request an appointment, but they very graciously worked me into their schedule!! I was treated promptly and very professionally. I’m very grateful for their willingness to “go the extra mile” for me!
During these unusual times going to any type of medical office is a little unnerving. The staff and medical personnel were professional and efficient and made the visit stress free.
