Everyone is very professional.
The most thorough Ophthalmology examination I have ever had. Very impressive.
I was seen early and the tech was very polite and appeared very knowledgeable. Dr C is always friendly and doesn’t waste time. Overall I was very impressed.
First visit at the office. I was quickly attended to. Had not completed paperwork and was called to begin examination by the staff that was very thorough and from past experience included all-encompassing testing of my eyes. Staff was knowledgeable and professional. Having spent 16 years with my prior ophthalmologists, I had high expectations of Dr Jenkins. Dr Covington performed cataract surgery on my wife a couple of years ago and she couldn't compliment him and his staff enough. I went to him to do preliminary for cataract surgery and I now understand why. He is very thorough in his analysis and his explanation of the issues I am facing going forward. He also has an excellent support staff. Great team!
I would highly recommend Dr Jenkins and his staff. From the moment I walked in I was treated with kind consideration and friendliness. Dr Jenkins explained things quite thoroughly and was friendly and extremely professional. Five stars for Wilmington Eye and their team!
The waiting room was full but they moved everyone quickly. Only 15 min wait with plenty of seating.
