Hyundai has always been terrific! I had some issues last time I was in but, Randy Jackson called me and is helping me with this problem. Randy is ALWAYS ready to solve a problem in a very nice way. My husband even took his Toyota there because Hyundai service department was great due to Randy being so helpful! It is a great car with a great service department!!

Everybody was nice and seemed honest, I didn't feel they were rushing me to purchase anything or trying to push a sale just to make money
I had some issues with the service department that left me feeling very angry. When I reached out to the service manager Randy Jackson, he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Randy ensured I understood the exactly what the issue was. He apologized and took ownership of the situation that was caused by a former employee and he assured me that he would do everything to make the situation right.
