"Made a typically unpleasant experience great! " Was shopping with my son for a solid pre-owned car on Valentine's day and went to look at a Kia at Wilson County Hyundai. "Great customer service!!" Rob did a great job finding the exact vehicle for our family! He was very knowledgeable. Wayne also did a great job helping us finance our SUV. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

"my sales represenative" Rob Crockett was the best sales represenative I have ever had when purchasing a car. He was very knowlegable and believes in the product he is selling. Mr. Crockett had to stay longer than thought dealing with my sale and he was not the least concerend about the time the sale took to close. He was very patient with me in answering all my many questions. He is truely a kind and people pleasing person. Wilson County Hyundai shoud be very please that Mr. Crockett has chosen to work for their company.

"Great Experience" I was car shopping for a Used vehicle and stopped by to see what the dealership had to offer. I found a beautifully well maintained car that was marked down due to a current sale. The salesman Rob, approached me and was knowledgable and friendly and NOT the high pressure kinda sales rep. We worked out a deal to purchase the vehicle and within hrs i was driving away in the car i had chosen.

"A Great Experience " Our experience at Wilson County Hyundai was great- start to finish. Mitchell Burnham and the rest of the staff took great care of us. I didn't want to spend time haggling back and forth for the price and they respected that. We were always offered beverages while there. Mitch was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer any questions I had. Travis Hamilton handled the business part of it quickly and painlessly. I would definitely go back to buy another car there!

"One of the best dealership experiences." Dealt with Andrew Lacey. Went to look at the car I was interested. Despite a cold night, the greeting and attention were warm. I was offered a test drive, and we discussed the car; no pressure. I got a fair trade offer for my car, and the car was offered to me at a price below what everyone else was offering for a similar vehicle. "Great service at a good price" We had a good experience with Doug and Travis through the process. We had Doug helping us through the day answering questions and test driving the car, after had we had the financial with Travis super fast and we were out the door thank you guys.
