"Good experience" Mike was great with all my shopping needs and was very knowledgeable on the cars. He was very interested in getting to know me and my family and our car needs. Would definitely do business with him again.
" Pressure free salesman. " My wife had decided to purchase a Hyundai vehicle. So we started looking at various dealerships. When we got to Wilson County Hyundai they were totally helpful. Rob was helpful in every way. He would show us the various vehicles that my wife was interested in and explain the differences between them. "a wonderful experience" Just bought a new car from Dave Smith, I checked with several dealers and Wilson County Hyundai had best price. Everyone in the dealership were very nice. Dave took his time and showed us all the features. My experience with Dave was a no pressure wonderful experience.
"No Pressure" Mike listened to what I wanted in a car , He showed me all the features of the car & how to work them. Set my cell phone up with Bluetooth. Mike & staff were very accommodating.
"They Listen" Shelby was good to listen to my requests, and she tried to fulfill them. She didn't know all the answers to some of my questions, but she talked to someone and was able to get an answer for me. The finance person (name escapes me) confused my husband with all the choices of "add ons" for the warranty, etc. And I admit I was a bit confused, too. "Great Company, Great Staff" The dealership is great, friendly, personable and knowledgable. We looked at a couple dealerships and returned to Wilson County Hyundai and would again. The Bone Family is well respected for they business dealings in the Wilson County area and we have always be treated with respect and kindness.
"Wilson Co. Hyundai/Genesis experience" Travis talked so fast I forgot to ask about the credit for my security deposit, during my "payoff" meeting! Dave Smith arranged for a $1,000.00 check to be sent! I completely overlooked the detail on my receipt!! Thanks Dave!!!
