Everything was done Quickly and Stress Free. We spent 2 months trying to get pre approved with another company only to be turned down and Wilson was able to get us approved in a couple days. Along the way, we had lots of questions that Wilson was able to answer for us. Wilson and his team are the best! We bought a house before, several years ago, and the process was pretty stressful. We were expecting a lot of stress this time but Wilson and Fairway went out of their way to make the process stress free. When the VA appraiser was failing to respond and caused a delay, Wilson jumped in and made sure that our mortgage rate lock was extended. So we weren't able to electronically sign documents. Wilson and team were great. The only issue we had was with the electronic signature process as one of our emails went to spam. So we weren't able to electronically sign documents. Otherwise the experience was great.

They were always there to answer the phone whenever we had a questions. Wilson and his team were amazing to work with. They were always there to answer the phone whenever we had a questions. Made the stressful process of buying a home relatively stress fee. Thanks for all you did!!

We can now say that we have had a great time doing a home re-fi and I don't ... Wilson has been extremely helpful through the re-finance process. His staff is great and so much fun to deal with. He was very responsive to any questions, even after hours and weekends. Wilson and his team did an excellent job for my wife and I. He and his team had superb communication from the get go.
