I reached out to Wilson initially just to talk about re-fi options and a day later he provided us a great work up on rates and options. Having the data on hand made the decision really simple to proceed. The customer service was the best part, I would call/text/e-mail and the response would be so quick, never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. The process can be confusing but the team made it so easy. Would recommend to anyone.
Wilson made our load restructure so easy! He walked us through each step and I never felt I didn't know what was going on. He was very easy to communicate with. He answered phone calls and emails very quickly. We worked together through the pandemic and I still felt like I knew exactly what was going on. He created a video to go over metrics of our loan options that made looking at a page of charts very easy. I would go through him again for any load needs we have.
Buying a house can be stressful but Wilson made the process much less so and even completed all documentation much faster than anticipated! If you are looking for a smooth process from beginning to end he’s your guy!

Wilson is the go to professional when purchasing a home. Had a great experience working with Wilson! He made the process as easy as a refi can possibly be. Had a few hiccups with furloughs from my job, and Wilson worked right through them and got me refinanced with a great interest rate.
