Outstanding is not a good enough word! Bob is always proffesional with clients and punctual to all inspections. His knowledge/experience help facilitate a safe home purchase for all my clients by revealing problems some people would never know exsisted. Robert's experince and skill set him above most inspectors. What makes him even better is his awesome personality! 100% would recommend and I will be using him for all future inspections for both myself and my clients.

Bob is a true professional. One of the best Inspectors I've worked with in my 17 years of Real Estate. Very thorough and takes his time to listen/explain to my clients all aspects of the Inspection. Provides a very detailed report and is always available for any questions. Would highly recommend!

I use Bob for his knowledge about homes and the ability to talk to my clients about issues he has found and to put them at ease even when it is a big problem. He finds solutions and offers suggestions on what he feels would be the best remedy whether it requires further investigation. I really appreciate his willingness to try and always accommodate my scheduling needs. He is a really good home inspector but most importantly, Bob is just a good human being that I enjoy working with.
