I always had bad experiences with dentists. It took me 15 yrs to go back to one. Dr Rockwell made me feel so comforted in these bad situations. I absolutely loved both of my visits and have no problems going back.. Thank you to the whole entire staff

Let me begin by saying I hate hate hate dental procedures. I went to Dr. Coviello to have a bone graft done to prepare for an implant. This (front) tooth had been removed due to damage and a bad root canal. I was so scared due to the fact my extraction of said tooth (by another oral surgeon) resulted in a trip to the ER and creating even more fear of the dentist. Was here for less than 5 minutes and the front desk lady made us feel so unwelcome. So Idk which was worse 🤔 if it was her attitude or the nurses standing there talking about what shoes to wear to the strip club in front of my minor child, apparently assuming she wasn’t coherent enough from anesthesia to remember the conversation. I do not recommend Winchester Oral Surgery and am surprised by the amount of people who recommend them. I’ve had nothing but a terrible experience here. Your phone calls will NOT be returned. They will only advise “we will pass this along”. I went a week and a half with pain and an infection and when I finally called in AGAIN because it was unbearable and got an appointment to be seen, I was told I shouldn’t wait to be seen.
