Everything was very positive. I was kept notified of the window build status. When ready, I was contacted for an installation date that was convenient for me. The install crew actually arrived a little early. When completed, they cleaned up completely after themselves. They also went around the house to check on the caulking on the last set of windows that Window Nation had installed about 7 years ago.

Brian our salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. He followed up twice after the initial visit. Once the day after and the second time was after the windows were installed The two gentleman that did the installation were efficient and very professional. They even put in a service order because one of the locks wasn't working. All in all it has been a great experience.
