I am new to the area with my two dogs. First, they are enthusiastically accepting new patients/clients. Second, they are equally focused on getting us in as soon as possible and working with their and our schedule. There was minimum time waiting in the reception area. Dr. Ponce is amazing! I am so happy we decided to try out Windy Hill Veterinary Hospital. I can already tell after just one appointment that she really cares for our dogs. I’m so happy we decided to try this vet out!
THE STAFF AND THE DOCTORS ARE AMAZING! My baby Naira gets so excited when she see everyone here especially Dr. Ponce. Dr. Ponce have been treating Naira since she was a puppy and I absolutely love her! I love that she gives examples, very thorough And gives you the simplest option to better take care of your dog or animal! But it’s not just the doctors, it’s the staff too! I highly recommend people go here!
We recently discovered Windy Hill Veterinary Hospital through a recommendation from another local fb group. Our previous vet suddenly closed without notice and we were left without care for our senior pugs. Our pup saw Dr. Ponce and OMG - love her!!! Caring doctors and staff! Excellent customer service.
Dr. Rottersman is great with rabbits, and that's a rarity around here. She's one of only two vets around here that I trust. (The 2nd vet is my backup vet*.) I even travel an hour each way just to get my rabbits to Dr. R. The prices are reasonable and I absolutely trust her to not recommend any unnecessary tests or procedures -- she's actually talked me out of a few tests! Dr Ponce is an amazing Vet. She helped me find answers and solutions when my little man wasn't feeling great. She treated me with respect, empathy and compassion. I only have one problem she is too far away from me to be my regular vet.
