I was trying to pay my loan online, but this crooked company put a hold on my account. Did not call, email or write. Had to call them and leave a message because I work, to take the hold off - nothing, but they steady adding interest to a loan I am trying to pay. This is ridiculous! Why should I be paying extra in interest when it is no fault of mine.
