Do not use. They are the worse my son was hit last year by a commercial van. We were never notified what was going on with his case. No one never call him back. Finally after numerous tries they called my son only to tell him they were not going to represent him. They sent nothing in the mail or email us. Now we have to find another attorney. Their communication with the client *****.

Just wanted to warn potential clients. Please do not use this law firm. They could give 2 cents about u. They take the majority of your check. I got about 25%. Aside from the lawyer fees and doctor fees there are a plethora of miscellaneous fees. I went to the doctor once. When I tried to make another appointment the doctors said they had to contact my lawyer. I called again they told me they could not contact my lawyer. This is the worst Law firm I've ever encountered. My daughter was in a wreck in February 2021. With very limited interaction for the first 2 years now it's been 3 years and 8 months and the want to offer her ******. Her injuries gas left her disabled for the rest of her life at 33 that's devastating. The company that hit my daughter was Cowboy Cab and they was at fault. *** Witherite Law Firm is Trash. I wouldn't dare recommend them to anyone!! Do not use them!! They are a real rip off. I hate that they were let in our community. No litigation!! No doctors bills!! We paid cash for treatment. They charged 40%, and an additional $8,000 in fees on a $35,000 settlement. We walk walk away with $12,000 with medical bills!! *** Witherite took $21,000 for negotiating the settlement!?!?!

The Witherite Law Group (***) took my injury case with no problem in Apr 2023, then after 2 months of not contacting me, even though I made countless efforts to get updates (emailed trail). I was contacted by another law firm that the *** referred my case to them with no explanation to me at all. I thought it was a scam, but finally after several days (3), the *** returned my calls and said, they referred my case to another law firm. They reason was "No interest". Very upset with this Law Firm. A year into my case, I received a call stating that they could no longer represent me, because they hired the person that we were going against. This law firm was well aware who this person was. The stress caused by a Law Firm change, at this point in my case is unthinkable. I did not even get an apology from my attorney or any sympathy to say the least.
