I just tried again to order 5 dinners and once again the ridiculous ordering system screwed everything up. This is absolutely the worst business concept I've ever seen. There's zero customer service and an ordering system that regardless of how hard you try, they can't get it right. Save the time and aggravation and go eat somewhere else.

Terrible and overpriced. WONDER is a disgrace, it is like the Waymo of "restaurants." 100% focus on streamlining profit, 0% authenticity, quality, or cultural value. It is a ghost kitchen. Do not support wonder in any way, support REAL RESTAURANTS and REAL BUSINESS OWNERS, NOT SCAMMERS

What a completely ridiculous concept for a restaurant. It's almost impossible to place a food order. You can only do it on the app which was full of glitches both times I went there. Even at the location they don't have live people to take your order. The chef herself literally had to come out and take my phone from me so that she could complete my order for me. Honestly, food probably tastes better eating straight out of a dumpster. The concept is WONDERful. The food on the other hand has no flavor what so ever and isn't even cooked well at all.
The concept is great but the execution could use a lot of improvement. Side note: The staff here is amazing. Always polite and always helpful. This low rating is not their fault! The salads here are delicious and that's where it ends. The rest of the food is cafeteria level at best. Issues vary dish to dish. The quality of some of the meats is questionable - the chicken we had reminded me of Perdue Shortcuts. Other dishes lack seasoning - our pizza was bland. If u want ribs, this place is not for you. I ordered 2 half racks with different sauces. Both ribs still had the back membrane attached to it. I believe they order the ribs in bulk and then warm them up in the microwave. I live 5 minutes away from location and when I got home they were already cold. As far as ambiance the front of the house was clean and one person at register very helpful.
My wife and I got the texas bundle form Tejas. brisket, ribs . Very mediocre, 3 small sides, bland potato salad, Good cole slaw, cold and fresh, I thought the beans were some kind of bland bean soup, very watery, I like them thick and bbq'y. The ribs tasted greasier as I ate them. brisket yea but no thanks, now I know what not to get. I wonder what to try next.
Tried for the first and I would not recommend. Food was delivered cold. Brisket sandwich very little meat mostly fat and onions, stacked burger , no bacon, chicken sandwich not great. Expensive considering portion size and such poor quality. Waste of 54 dollars with tax and tip.
