They say "It's 20 restaurants in one!" or something like that. Actually it's one restaurant where they'll defrost 20 different kinds of food for you. We got delivery and some stuff was basically fine and other stuff was pretty bad, but mostly the whole thing is such a bummer. It's probably no worse than, like, Applebee's, but at least Applebee's isn't pretending to serve food from a dozen different authentic chef-driven restaurants. the service is good but the pictures DO NOT match the menu. my god. the fries are an extremely small portion, the brownie is smaller than a brownie you'd get at a deli. when the guy gave it to me I looked in awe for a second because it DID NOT match the picture on the menu. its not worth it at all. go to a real, personable food spot instead. this place is a money toilet and yet another reason why brooklyn is going downhill.

Wings were awful, huge and full of cartilage and nasty bits, I couldn't finish the last one despite being very hungry. They were also luke warm which concerns me (I live upstairs, there was no time for the meal to cool off). French fries were pretty good though (also warm, not hot) and my wife's salad was decent - "on par with sweet green etc" was her assessment. There are other, small, family owned restaurants on the block that are waaaaaay better and more deserving of your patronage.
