Stopped in for the friends and family event at Wonder in Deer Park ahead of their grand opening tomorrow. Wonder is a food hall-style spot with a bunch of different restaurant options all coming out of one kitchen, one location. We tried Fred's cheesesteak, a Bellies chicken and rice bowl, fries, and the Hungry Gnome chocolate chip cookie. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and neatly packed. The cheesesteak was messy (in the best way) and really good. The kids' chicken and rice bowl was decent but could've used a little sauce o... read more

Adendum to my previous review. I am well versed in executive management and customer service. Wonder was giving me lots of credits to compensate for terrible food. I appreciated that and said so. Last time, they requested a photo. I had to dumpster dive to retrieve the tossed food and prove it to them. They cut me off from future credits, including the dumpster order. So In essence, they fired a customer. Classic toxic behavior. Not insulted, relieved. All they have to do is provide great food and service, then no need for c... read more

The majority of their food is terrible. Their customer service is unprofessional. Prices are marked up over direct online options and service fees fluctuate, falling under the guise of "free" deliveries. Their locations look like funeral homes offering oil changes. What's to like?

I'm really surprised specific instructions. Everything was very cold. Was it supposed to be this cold? I thought I would try something different. This wasn't enough food to feed a kid. It was like one piece of cucumber with a piece of fish that was a size of a small hotdog. I don't like complaining, but this really sucked. The perfect instructions were to contact me not leave it outside on its side like someone just threw it from their car when I opened it since it wasn't stapled shut the food was all a mess. I cleaned it up... read more

We decided to give Wonder in Deer Park a try and ordered the buffalo wings, salad, tortilla chips, and garlic fries. Unfortunately, the meal didn't meet our expectations. The tortilla chips came straight from a bag and tasted stale instead of fresh and crunchy. The pico de gallo also wasn't fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting in the refrigerator for several days. The boneless buffalo wings were just okay. Some pieces were good, but several were dry. The garlic fries were soggy and tasted old, which was disappointing.... read more

Difficult to speak with a person directly. Everything done through AI or automatic text messages it seems. Still waiting on an order they said about an hour ago was ready to be delivered. Hope I get it it was paid for. Fast forward 20 minutes later waiting on hold on phone and getting texts that I should hold tight I am in good hands someone looking into it. Meanwhile my food is likely getting colder and colder if I get it at all. Fast forward 20 minutes later hot auto text that will get full refund. Meanwhile is now 1040 ... read more

Not easy , food came at different times. Not worth the trouble. Promoted to families to eat what they want at the same time, didn't work

Always an extremely long wait, definitely avoid this place at dinner time. Information regarding wait time is always inaccurate. This is a second and last chance given!
