I ordered the Royal Greens, Thai Peanut Salad. It was the most delicious Thai salad I've ever had. So much better than Chopt or Fresh & Co. The ingredients were so fresh and the chicken and pita were delicious. The dressing was amazing! Looking forward to trying the other "restaurants."
Business response:
We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the Royal Greens Thai Peanut Salad, Al! We can't wait for you to try our other offerings. Thanks for your positive feedback!
Very fun to eat lunch here on opening day! Got a yummy poke bowl and a complimentary tote bag!
Business response:
We're so glad to hear you were able to stop by for our grand opening to enjoy a poke bowl from our Hanu Poke menu and get a tote bag! We hope that you will stop by again soon.
I had brisket from Tejas Barbeque by Wonder and it was pretty good. It came with three sauces and a couple of slices of pickle. The brisket was tasty and moist. Pick up was scheduled for about an hour and a half after order but you can pay extra to get it quicker or join wonder Plus. You ordered by time slots. I took my food to go but the place was open and clean.
Business response:
We're glad to hear you enjoyed our brisket and found our pick-up system convenient! It's great to know that our cleanliness stood out to you as well. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again soon, Jamel.
I have issues with Wonder. They offer these discount codes for a meal that meets a specific minimum amount. I got one this week for 30% off if you spent $30. I wasn't planning to order but I figured, okay I'll try a place I haven't ordered from in the past. The cost of the meal before the discount was $32.90. $9.88 was subtracted BUT there was the $4.44 service fee and $2.44 in taxes and that's before the tip. Suddenly 30% off doesn't seem to be saving much because with the added fees, (oh gee the delivery is free) the total... read more

Thanks for sharing this with us. We can completely understand why this would be so frustrating, especially when you were looking forward to your meal and had been actively tracking the delivery. Having an order marked as delivered but not receiving it is never the experience anyone hopes for. We're glad our team was able to help process a refund, and we'll make sure this feedback is shared so it can be reviewed. We take delivery accuracy seriously and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for our customers.
This would've gotten a higher rating before today. I was looking forward to a certain meal and placed my order as usual. I always track the order and usually get text messages. The map showed he was nearby so I went outside to wait. As I got outside I get a message aaying it's been delivered. I dont see food or delivery guy. I texted and they send me a photo of the food in front of some random house. Not only did I not fetthw food they sent a delivery with personal information to some random stranger. This was not my first... read more

Their Greek cuisine has fallen off since the first time I ordered. I order the build your own bowl. The rice is always hard and inedible. I gave them a pass the first time and kind of the second time because it wasn't so bad but the third time, absolutely not! It was nothing but pegao! Not even good pegao at least. It was old and hard.
Business response:
Good evening, Patricia! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review. We appreciate your valuable feedback. We are truly sorry that the quality of the rice in your bowl was below standards. We completely understand how disappointing that is, especially in comparison to previous orders. We are truly sorry we missed the mark. If you have a moment, and can please reach out to our team, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to go over the order and make things right. Went to Wonder twice in Jackson Heights, they are offering 40% off since the JH location just opened, I love the concept of Wonder but it just feels like airport lounge food or elevated microwavable food. I went to the section for Best of Wonder and selected a few items. The best items I had are more like 7/10, the bad items are more like 4-5/10. These are ranked from favs to least fav. The food: Braised Short Rib from Walnut Lane by Jonathan Waxman- OK this is the best thing I have had at Wonder so far. The short rib was ... read more

There is a reason the phrase jack of all trades master of none exists. I have ordered a few times to be sure it wasnt a fluke and I order from multiple times. The fried chicken from Sweet Bird both the sandwiches or the tenders were average at best. The best thing about it was the BBQ sauce, but not worth $15. The Greek food is an abomination. The chicken I got was gray, the feta def wasn't feta and probably serves a dual purpose as cojita with the Mexican restaurant. The eggplant spread was so bitter that it was inedible. A... read more

We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experiences in trying us were less than stellar, Karen. We strive to provide a variety of quality dishes and it's disappointing to hear that we fell short. Your detailed feedback is valuable to us and will be used as we continue to work on improving our service. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
We ordered delivery spending nearly $100. The fries which were ordered from two different restaurants were both the same-hard, salty and ice cold. I ordered a chipotle ish /copycat bowl and it was half filled and missing the rice. My hubby's brisket sandwhich was tiny for the $$$ but he did enjoy it. Ordered a build your own bowl from michael symon and it was filled with stuff I didn't add!!! Also ordered boneless wings for the kids but was missing wings and had some rock hard pieces in the box. We were really looking for... read more
