So Far So Good We have found this to be a very quiet complex and neighbors seem friendly. Maintenance very quick to respond to maintenance requests. My two negatives would be that people NEED to pick up after their dogs and be responsible. Also, I notice that patios need to be tidied up by residents. But I know this falls on management. We are enjoying the space we have and making it our home.

You win some, you lose some. This was the first time I rented my very own apartment! What I love about this complex is the view and some of the neighbors. Their representatives here at Woodbridge - Brandywine make the process easy to apply for their apartments or townhouses. Since I’ve signed my lease, maintenance has always arrived pretty quickly after submitting a request. Decent and quiet I’ve lived in these apartments for 5 years. For the age of the apartments they are a little pricey. But they are well maintained and clean. Electric is not inflated. My bills ran from 30 to 60$ in warmer months and 80-120$ in the colder months. It is pet friendly. Bathroom and kitchen are a little small. Bedrooms are very good size. Woodbridge Nice big apartment with a deck, pet friendly (unless you have a pit bull), rent is a little on the high side for this area
