Fantastic care. After my regular vet was booked out, I got an urgent appointment with Dr Eddy. Amazing help and understanding on the phone, Dr Eddy was so caring and helpful for both my dog and myself. Got bloodwork done on the spot and was given plenty of advice and options. There was no pushing the most expensive option as your only option. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough

I cannot thank Remy enough. My 21 year old African Grey “missy” broke the end of her beak at 5:45pm. I was so worried and rang my usual vet. They said “sorry we close in 15 minutes”. Rang Brooke street clinic and the nurses and Remy helped stop the bleeding. So VERY GRATEFUL for the actions of the nurses and Remy . 15 minutes later Missy was fine and back home safe and sound talking as though nothing has happened other than an adventure. You guys are AWESOME 👏. THANKYOU ❤️ 🦅 😊
