RecommendedOur Seeing Eye Dog breeder had always seen the vets at SEDA until she retired recently and we were anxious about finding a good vet for her future needs. I would like to thank Narelle and her team for the wonderful support they offered during the recent illness and loss of our loving family member Dodge. They were very compassionate and helpful during such a difficult time. A Huge thank you to Dr Katy Craig, vet nurse Jayde and the beautiful Roger from Woodend Veterinary Centre for going out of their way to meet the children at Bug-a-lugs OSHC, to help them learn about safety around dogs on the street. You've been a monumental influence to the children, we now have children who want to be Vets when they grow up. The children absolutely adored meeting you and Beautiful Roger! A week ago today i had to get my dog put down. Its one of the hardest decisions that ive had to make but one i know was right. Today i received a card and flowers from the staff at Tonys Practice expressing their sympathies for me and my family's loss. This was not expected and wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone . Such a beautiful thought and very much appreciated.
We adopted our kitten here. The description was honest and accurate - she loves cats but is very shy with humans. Tony's Practice was helpful and responsive with our online queries. When we visited, they took the time to chat with us, but didn't pressure us in any way, even though the kitten had been listed for adoption for a while (her shyness made her unsuitable for some).
