Canceled 3 appointments I had with them and was going to over medicate my kitten had I not questioned why there were giving me the same medicine.

Receptionist Amy Zimmerman claims ownership over animals that are not hers and also makes medical decisions about the animals without consenting the owner. Will be pursuing legal action as they made it seem like I (the cats owner) didn't want to deal with the situation so they euthanized her without my consent.
