We are enrolled in the Paw plan and have been for years, however I have been charge 7 times in one month for this plan. Called office to make them aware was told someone would reach out to me to find a solution, didn’t hear anything so I called back, was told nobody was around to discuss but would be addressed the following day and I would get a call informing me of the vet clinics solution. Haven’t heard a word for 5 days and no refund has been posted…… I wouldn’t complain over $47.95 but we’re talking about over $300

Business response:

Hello Jim! We did email you back on 5/22, the day after you contacted us, with apologies for the technological issue and let you know the refund was processed as well. I will send you over the receipts so that you can contact your bank if the refund still has not been received.

Their care of my pet has been good, pricing has became ridiculous! I was quoted 1,100 for teeth cleaning for my dog. I decided to do some calling around and found ( 4 other vets in my area) no one else over 600. In fact Banfield quoted 430. Again no complaints about their competency, but I won’t pay their prices anymore!

Business response:

At Woodlake Veterinary Hospital, we aim to provide exceptional care for both pet and pet owners. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and will be sharing your comments internally.

While in their “care” he was left unmonitored with no precautions taken and was able to cause so much harm and damage to himself that he ended up having to have a partial tail amputation. Not only did they not take responsibility initially, they tried to tell us it would cost $1400 to do surgery to fix his tail. When we asked for an explanation as to how this could even happen, we were then informed he did... read more

Berated us and made us feel bad about our dog having allergies. Only see Dr. Leverentz here, Dr. Godding and Dr. Funfsinn are terrible.

Won't fill my pet's prescription meds through an online pharmacy. They get defensive when you don't purchase through them directly. Finding a new vet who will be more open to working with me and my pooch.

Business response:

A written prescription is happily provided for all clients that want one so that the client can purchase medications at any pharmacy he or she chooses. We’re sorry the pharmacy is making it so difficult for you! This is not the norm.

Dr. came in looked at our cats butt and looked in her ears, gave her a rabies shot and left, nurse came in and trimmed her back nails and charged $161 for 15 minutes of nothing, they've lost our business!
