Nurse [name removed] is very awesome I have a family member here and she treats them very nice they always complement her she is very sweet and nice talks to you nice never rude always have a good attitude always sweet

I came to Woodmont to visit my neighbor. Upon entering the building, residents and staff were laughing and enjoying themselves. The residents were happy and excited about an upcoming trip to the store. Inside, the faculty was smelled like pine and was decorated so nicely. All of the staff were happy and helpful. I was so happy to see smiling staff and residents at Woodmont!

I want to acknowledge three ladies who are making a difference. [name removed], the Director of Nursing who has a way with my Mother that gives me hope in knowing that she has the potential to do more than she knows at this point in her journey. After 6 months of hospitalization and rehabilitation, finding a facility to accept a brain injured individual with cognitive abilities in many areas was beginning to feel impossible! WOODMONT understood his needs and we found an accessible and safe spot with a caring staff! He is known as a “person” here, not just someone to bring in more money to a company. It truly was an answer to prayer!

My dad was hesitant to agree to an assisted living arrangement. Woodmont and A Place For Mom went above and beyond to help make both myself and my dad feel comfortable. [name removed] helped me brainstorm ways for me to help my dad in this difficult time. Today he finally agreed to assisted living. [name removed] and her staff have made us feel very welcome and like we're already part of the family. My dad is finally getting excited about this next chapter, and I know he will be in great hands here.

All of the staff members that we came in contact with at Pacifica Senior Living Woodmont were pleasant and accommodating. The only complaints we had was the quality of the food, housekeeping was very poor and the community is showing its age but they were in process of updating the apartments while we were there. The move in process was smooth and the staff did all they could do to keep my loved one, but she was determined to return home. We only did respite stays. My loved one was there for a week. I think the tour, showed me everything I needed to know. My guide was informative and answered my questions. As for the cost, it was comparable with other facilities I looked at.

This reflects our experience at Pacifica Senior Living Woodmont so far, but they just got bought out and have all new management and lots of new staff so not sure if these will be accurate going forward.
