Excellent experience. Easy to order what I needed which was a higher end washer and dryer with large capacity. Did by phone. Purchased GE appliances. 2 deliveries needed as the dryer was back ordered. The products work great. The delivery guys were wonderful. They brought them in using good ergonomics. They hooked them up and even did a second leveling of my washer from the prior delivery. I was more than pleased with my purchase and the service. I highly recommend this company for appliance purchase

We have used Woodruff Appliance for all of our appliances for years. Their staff is so easy to deal with and always respond to our questions quickly and with much knowledge. When we need a repair or replacement Woodruff Appliance is right there to help us. We feel so fortunate to have this establishment here in the North Woods and would highly recommend them.
Truly excellent service. Wyatt Knapstein in the store was knowledgeable, responsive, and immensely helpful. Delivery team was prompt and pleasant. Honestly, don't let yourself be beguiled by the prices at Menards and outfits like that. These guys provide WAY more value than the chains.
It was so nice to be able to buy and have the refrigerator in stock and not have to order one😊
Friendly and knowledgeable salesman, great price and speedy delivery which was so important since the refrigerator was for our RV. Delivery guys were great. Removal of old and install of new was flawless😊
