I have had issues from day one with Bishop Hill Apts. Roaches, mice and ants. The finish rental product is far below my standard. The walls look like it finished by children in school. They never sand the hundreds of patches on walls and ceilings. I have requested seeding of dirt in front of my patio, but no. The attitude from looking to rent to a renter is 100% different. I have one of the best experience at Bridgeport Suites ever since I have moved to USA. The building parking and surrounding areas are neat and clean and very well maintained. The promptness of Justin and his team for maintenance and work order’s processing is mind blowing. The tip of the iceberg is that it is quiet and peaceful here and no one bothers anyone. I would like to give my feedback for the housekeeping done by Anna. I reside at the Carole House, she's very friendly and professional at work. Anna does an amazing job.The building is always clean inside and out including the laundry facilities. We truly appreciate her work ethic.
Clean, well kept properties with minimal issues throughout the time staying there. The team is very good and works in a timely manner, especially with maintenance issues. Justin is a phenomenal landlord who is always around and easy to get in contact with. I would definitely recommend!
Great team. They are professional and helpful through and through. I had an apartment transfer request handled in the most prompt and thorough way. Justin, the property manager at Bridgeport Suites, has been helpful since day one. The properties are well-maintained, clean and maintenance requests are handled promptly. For the location, they are best value-for-money too. Highly recommend.
