My experience at Woofdorf boarding was to say the least…..horrific. I have boarded my dog there 3 times. Last weekend will be the last time. The second time I boarded my dog I paid for an additional package to have pictures sent to me daily and for him to enjoy a treat. Multiple days went by with no pictures and I was unable to reach any staff members via multiple phone call attempts and also emails. One of the staff injured my dog and refused to take responsibility! They lost my business with the way they handled the situation! Afterwards, I heard reports from the vet and at the dog park that 5 other dogs had been injured there!!!
Do NOT bring your pets here! The owners are. Husband and Wife team. Behind the scenes, the wife does not care for your pets or their commitments. I have several friends that are Veterinarians....they all warned me not to trust my pups with them. I learned the hard way.
