We were a bit disappointed overall. We had made a special trip to overtown from Miami Beach. We had reservations and still had to wait outside for 20 minutes past to even get inside to place and order. The reservation did help guarantee us a seat though which was nice. I think the staff has great intentions but the overall process could just use some improvements. We were not satisfied with the quality of meat in the steak philly Mac either. We both left feeling a little sick.
We loved it! First time & will definitely be back
The service was poor. I was with a party of 4 and it took over an hour for us to be serviced by a waiter and get drinks. It took a most two hours to get our food. After all the waiting, our order was messed up and the food was ok. Nothing special at all. It did not look like the pictures. Would not recommend.
Food was good but the service was not. No silverware or napkins were provided with our meals. Instead, we were given prepackaged plastic utensils with a small napkin and plastic bottles with water.
Over priced food, not worth the money and the portions size to small
Seafood Mac and cheese is overpriced
The food was entirely to salty… I had the jerk chicken Mac & cheese… omgggg it was extremely salty… very disappointed… the only thing good about this restaurant is the lemonade
The server took our drink order then brought one drink. 5 minutes later he brought her the second drink, a can, no cup, ice or straw. Then took our order for fries and a pizza. The fries came with no ketchup, I had to ask. 30 minutes later her comes and says they are out of pizza. Then we waited 20 minutes for the check to remove the pizza. Finally I walked up to the cash register and said I’m leaving, they could charge me for the drinks and the fries if they desired. Our server took our order and never cane back to see if everything was ok. The cajun jerk pastas was very spicy but had no flavor at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
