Love me some Wrayanne! She was the best w/ facilitating financing for me for me new place. She was patient and thorough and did everything she could to expedite my loan approval process so that I could get into my home a little sooner. Wrayanne breezed through my difficult refi with complete ease, making the process incredibly straightforward. There were loads of "T's to cross" and she was able to come up with parameters that fit both our intentions as well as the guidelines in underwriting. It made the process very low-stress, which is tough to do when dealing with mortgages. We will definitely be working with her in the future.
