Doug is always absolutely incredible! He goes above and beyond to make sure my car is in tip top shape before sending it back. I had a check engine light issue, Doug had them approve the simple things, then went a step further to call the warranty again to have addition things completed to make sure I would be safe on the road. Doug is the ONLY advisor I go to due to the communication, the service, and all the above! 10/10 recommend!
