Had appointment for 1:00 PM to have infotainment system problem diagnosised, at 3.18PM the vehicle had not been moved into the building for service. I retrieved my vehicle and left.

Horrible. Took a truck for a specific repair. The service department wanted to tear my engine apart without probable cause. Just trying to get more money out of customer

Took my truck to get some warranty work done on my seat and when it came out i can see holes on the side of the seat, the parts weren't put back like they should have. Also brought it in to get something else done twice and was told that the part they put in was defective? How can you say its defective when in reality it was never put on the truck? They said it was and when i checked the tail gate the piece was never even touched. So the manager straight out lied to me.

Not greeted properly when dropped off or picked up. When I dropped off their was one advisor and one guy (employee) just sitting there. No one else around. It took a minute or two for someone just to acknowledge I was standing there. When picking up, there were two advisors. One was busy at the copy machine and one was busy staring at his phone. The one at the copy machine finally had to ask the one playing on his phone to help me. Also the $169 diagnostic fee is a rip off. I dont understand why a diagnostic fee is an additi... read more
