"Excellent experience " Wyatt Johnson hyundai is a great dealership and I loved the way I was treated when I went. I was instantly greeted with a smile and welcoming salesperson.
"Straightforward, thorough, competent" I don't like buying new cars. For many people it is exciting, but for me it is just stressful. However, the whole team at Wyatt Johnson, and especially our salesperson Deryk Sumner, made it almost easy. I can't praise them enough for their work to make us feel comfortable. They listened and tried to meet our needs. If they didn't have something we asked for, they simply told us without trying to up-sell into something else. Highly recommended.
"Excellent Salesperson! Little Shady on Pricing!" Jeannie, the salesperson is excellent. She explained all the features of the Santa Fe very well. The initial pricing delivered was missing lots of details. Had to ask a couple of times before I got all the details. The pricing should be delivered on a computer generated sheet with all the details rather than scribbled on a piece of paper. I do not like the $500 charge for paperwork. It appears crooked. "Hyundai Genesis" Professional Staff who worked very hard to get me in the well priced car that I was looking for. The did a very good job of explaining the package related with my car as well as everything associated with it. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.
