I was thrilled that they could do my 30K service at the same time as my oil change, especially since this was a 4:30 appointment and they were going to be closing at 6:00. I left this appointment with an uneasy feeling about this service department. The gentleman that checked me in conducted himself like a salesman, offering me a sales pitch and a "deal" on my repairs that he never delivered.
