It took wayyyy too long to close the sale. It took wayyyy too long to close the sale. Sean was friendly and accommodating while we waited but the wait was SEVERAL hours. Also, I'm not sure why the sales manager had to intervene several times. Sean had it completely under control. I wish I could have just dealt with him from start to finish.
