4 stars instead of 1, thank Lindsey Wrights professional, 4 stars instead of 1, thank Lindsey Wrights professional, prompt, and kindness work ethic. She was beyond stellar and even offered me a ride to campus if the shuttle was not available. You can’t buy top notch humans like her, count your blessings Subaru. 1 star to the tech that did not seat my tire bead properly and could have caused a nice wreck for such a lack of quality control. Luckily just an inconvenience of a flat after spending $1000 on replacing for tires.
