My husband and I are work on an overnight shift so we didnt think we would be able to have clear communication with anyone. This wasnt the case. Wyatt always answered our questions and calls no matter the time. And kept us up to date with how things were progressing. He is always understanding that we dont keep the same "business hours " as many other people and was still positive and upbeat when communicating with us. This made the process easy, simple, and a pleasure.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of communication & the lack of explaining things. You just can't send a person a lot of emails, documents to sign & figuers without properly explaining things to that person. I was a first time buyer and towards the end the communication was horrible & all the rushing to do this that & the other. I got blindsided at closing, I wasn't explained properly that I needed to come up with money. Yes he sent me emails with alot of numbers I didn't know what I was looking at.
