The only thing I didn't like was the lack of communication & the lack of explaining things. You just can't send a person a lot of emails, documents to sign & figuers without properly explaining things to that person. I was a first time buyer and towards the end the communication was horrible & all the rushing to do this that & the other. I got blindsided at closing, I wasn't explained properly that I needed to come up with money. Yes he sent me emails with alot of numbers I didn't know what I was looking at.
