Talk about above and beyond! I was out of state and received a notification in the morning that my dog's expensive frozen food had been delivered. I panicked because my flight home was not for two more days and the food would definitely go bad if not placed in the freezer in a few hours. I contacted the office and they not only retrieved my large package from the parcel locker, but also took it into my apartment and placed the food in the freezer for me.
