Talk about above and beyond! I was out of state and received a notification in the morning that my dog's expensive frozen food had been delivered. I panicked because my flight home was not for two more days and the food would definitely go bad if not placed in the freezer in a few hours. I’ve been living here for a few months now and have had a wonderful experience with the leasing center and maintenance staff! Alfonzo is fantastic, and he is very responsive in quickly resolving any issues!
From the beginning of this adventure I for one is very grateful and blessed to have a excellent relationship with not only the office ladies but to the unsung heroes like Alfonzo in maintaining our needs ahead of his own. As well the fact that he has been a rockstar since first moving in. And to the cleaning crew top notch customer service and care top notch and customer service second to none.
