II hired XANO because my brother couldn’t stop talking about what an amazing job they did on his garage floor and how they stand by their work. Jeff and Craig came out to install the product and had a big job. I had acid stains, peeling paint and moisture in my cement. They addressed the existing concrete by sanding and then putting something on to take the moisture out of the concrete and prep the garage floor for the final product. Omar and Austin were wonderful. They explained everything and let me know when I could start using the garage. I am in the process of moving into my new home, I am a widow and a couple of girlfriends were helping get boxes from storage. When we got back to the house, Austin and Omar were waiting for the floor to dry, so they ask if they could help with the boxes. We really appreciated it.
