RecommendedOutstanding - really exceptional service! My iPhone was fully charged...yet it "went black" and stopped working. I drove to XCell Repair Plus...hoping for good news but, really expecting the worst. This was my first visit. So, while I waited, Curtis diagnosed the problem and then proceeded to fix it. RecommendedI was able to get my phone fix I needed in spite of all the NO's I got every where else I tried. It was fixed in a short time frame and the price was reasonable and not exaggerated and .....IT WORKED. Any other phone or computer issues I might need help with, I'm going here and I will recommend it to anyone that mentions a problem.
BE AWARE........you will be jipped. I took my computer in for them to look at it because there was a malfunction with the microphone. I was under the impression that diagnostic services were free. I figured I would find out what it was and how much it was and then decide if I wanted to fix it. Well.....when I get there to pick it up. They tell me that they did a “cleaning” because it was a malware issue and I owe $50. What?!?! First off, who told them to do the service? Diagnostics are free and we didn't charge you for it. In your situation the issue was fixed without being able to determine what had caused the microphone issue. In the process of trying find the problem we also found that your computer had low risk malware and was behind on Windows updates, and we performed other tasks free of charge as well.
