It doesn't clean the back of your car! Why?

Rips things off your vehicle and they don’t care. They didn’t even offer a refund for the wash. Just because they have signs that say they’re not responsible doesn’t make it ok for their equipment to rip things off your car. They offered me the piece back. You can keep it. Never again.
