I love how quick and efficient the car wash is, someone comes out every time to tape my back wiper so it won’t come off. One time it did pop off and the employee was so nice and ran back inside to find it for me. Great wash!!!

Leaving a film on my windshield. Not rinsing it off real well. But it does clean better than any wash I have been through. Just think it needs to rinse better.

Wrecked my car, can’t wash it until repaired of course.. canceling or pausing is purposely hard to do. Will find a different car wash..

At the Longview location at the end of the wash there is equipment that has been not operating for a while. Not sure why. I have been a subscriber to other car washes and none maintenance is an issue with me. Either make operational or at minimum have a sign giving information as to why and when. Past observation is that when this happens the location is going downhill
