Dr. Santiago is a kind, compassionate and thorough physician who is a rare find. She does not rush through your appointments, she listens thoroughly, and takes all my concerns seriously. Of the doctors I have seen, she was the only one to fix my health. From the first visit you can tell she genuinely cares for her patients. I feel like she gave me my life back. I would recommend her to anyone and am truly lucky to have her.

I have been a patient of Dr Santiago for nearly 2 years. In that time I have found her to be a wonderful and caring person and patient advocate. She has been enormously helpful in restoring me to good health. She has my everlasting loyalty. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. is thorough with her visits. She is a great doctor; the office environment, however, was HORRIFIC. Cannot get a hold of anyone in the office, not even to pay my bill. It's been 3 weeks of me leaving messages multiple times per week. Absolute poor service. My insurance company had mentioned that they couldn't get a hold of them either; after two weeks, they were able to reach them. It's been very frustrating.
She is fantastic, very professional compasionate underestanding with pacient explicit and detailed, always in great mood...my wife was impressed and so do I...blessings
She is warm and friendly. Dr santiago listens to you and gets you feeling better.she is the reasaon I continue to go to that office.
She is an excellent rheumatologist! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything so plainly.She is aware of the latest treatments and explains to you the effects of them on your body. I thank God that I have finally found an awesome rheumatologist.
She explains procedures and processes so even a lay person could understand. she is very compassionate and understanding of your needs. she listens and is very friendly. Very aggressive and focused on your care and comfort. I would recommend this doctor to anyone because if you don't like her then you yourself have a problem and may need to seek counseling. Very accurate in diagnosing conditions.
