Dr.Yi Zhang was excellent and listened to my needs in updating my medications. She took the time to go over all my other medications to make sure of no interactions and all my medical conditions for safety. She has a wonderful personality and I really liked her and felt very comfortable with her on my first visit.
Every time I have a video appointment, I cannot log into the waiting room. My doctor has to call me directly and we must the appointment via the telephone. Recently I had a discussion with a technician to determine the source of my problem. He said that there is no information on my email address in the system. He said he’ll send the relevant information to a technical expert. Hopefully the problem will be resolved.
Dr Zhang has really helped me got my life back on track. The mountain or problems that I brought to her are now, for the most part, a small hill of tolerable issues. I leave her office feeling good about myself, and assured that I have a person to turned to if my mental health felt threatern.
Dr Zhang is wonderful. Very intelligent. Really knows meds for DC-PTSD. She listens. She cares. I feel very lucky to have finally found someone great!
My first visit with Dr Zhang at LifeStance was a very positive experience. She had reviewed my records before I arrived, and took time to talk through my history and medications and started me titrating off a med that was more harmful than helpful!
