Fantastic Customer Service! I moved into the area a few years ago and brought my animals here. They were very accommodating and friendly. We put down our oldest dog yesterday and they were very helpful. To my surprise, I received a flower delivery today and card from them. Above and beyond customer service. I've always had really nice experiences at Yorkshire. Dr. Diesel is great with my pets. I am there a lot too because I have 4 pets. There is always something going on. I get two of them groomed there and have always had good experiences with that as well. The staff is really nice and personable and very knowledgeable.
From the first moment I entered Yorkshire Animal Hospital both Benny and myself were treated like family. Dr. D and team are so kind and attentive. You can tell they really love what they do. Since this was Benny's first appointment here, we spent almost an hour reviewing his past history and I felt very comfortable that we covered everything. Great job!! I absolutely love Yorkshire Animal Hospital. The staff and Dr. Deisel are wonderful. There are many people I miss from my hometown, but when I moved from Michigan to St. Louis in 2007, YAH has been one of my best finds yet.
