It took 9+ months to finish our cabinet refacing with no compensation
We were put off by the high-pressure sales tactics from our first contact with this company, but decided to use them anyway. When the products finally arrived, the installer set to work taking off all the cabinet doors and drawers and beginning the prep process. He returned the next day to inform us he didn't have enough material to complete the job. I am not likely to recommend Your Home Improvement to a friend because something they said would only take two days they started two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting on them to get stuff right. For I paid like 20,000+ for a bathroom remodel so whoever came and did it, did a half job. They had to come back and fix things, and there are still things that need to be fixed. To be real, I'm very disappointed in everything. I expected a better of high quality of work for what I paid.
We had a very bad experience with our window replacement and shower expansion. Nothing was completed as agreed upon and work stopped for 7 weeks in the middle of winter. We were promised competition and received nothing.
Project delayed for months. Difficult to contact
Very poor. Did not do what was promised. Took 10 months to complete a simple job.
It is okay. The guy who did it seemed like he was a new kid. He didn't do a good job.
One of our windows arrived broken and two bathroom windows were supposed to be tempered and “rain” obscured. Neither were correct. We expect you to make it right.
They took a long time and are not finished yet.
