My name is Jon C and i reside in Duluth Mn. I needed a window screen fixed on one of my slider windows. i called them and they had sent out Brandon to fix it for me. He brought it back to his shop and rescreened it, brought it back and reinstalled it for me. he was very polite and professional and did an excellent job.
