My husband and I got all of our windows replaced this summer by YHIC and we are exceptionally pleased with how much of a difference these windows are in efficiency VS our old windows. Last year we had to add wood to our FireStar every 8-10 hours. Now that we got our windows replaced, this winter we add wood once about every 34-36 hours!! James C******* was our Sales Consultant and he did such a wonderful job explaining everything to us and the options we had as far as their in-home financing goes. Great job YHIC!

Shannon was prompt and very friendly. He explained how my windows need to be in the right position so they will lock properly, something I did not know! He adjusted all the windows, He checked for any chips or cracks, and made sure all windows were aligned and locked properly before he left. I’m very pleased!
